Project Summary
In a large-scale project, we leverage a dataset comprising 300 million CVs to conduct a comprehensive study on inequalities within the labor market. By analyzing this vast pool of resumes, we aim to gain insights into various aspects of inequality, such as gender disparities, racial biases, and socioeconomic differences. This extensive dataset allows us to explore patterns, trends, and systemic issues that contribute to unequal opportunities and outcomes in employment. Through this research, we hope to shed light on these disparities and provide evidence-based recommendations for promoting fairness and equity in the labor market.
